During our science lessons in first class we were learning all about what plants need to grow. We all planted a sunflower seed in some soil and have made sure we give it plenty of light, heat and water. We are enjoying coming into school every morning and checking on the progress of our sunflower. This week, some of us have been delighted to see the first little shoot of green as the sunflower starts to grow.
