We had a very exciting day in Senior Infants!
We went to the library for the first time as a class. We walked down the town in pairs. We practiced and used all our safe walking rules we had learned a few weeks ago.
At the library, the children had the chance to explore lots of books, play some games and chill out and read some books with their friends. We visited the sensory room too.
We were also very lucky as we had story time with Ms Lyons in the library. We read a Halloween story 🎃
Each child picked one or two books to bring home. We collected our new library cards from the librarian and checked out our books.
We had lots of fun and can’t wait to visit again soon ☺️
