Maths Week has been extremely fun! We have been learning about how Maths is all around us, especially numbers, shapes and colours.
We have been working with Mrs. Connaughton’s Fifth class to help improve our Maths eyes. We went on a Maths trail all around our school. Our older friends helped us find shapes in the classroom, count windows at the front of the school, notice patterns on the walls and even spot some numbers on the teacher’s car registration plates!
We made shape monsters using many different shapes and colours. Some have one eye and ten teeth, others have three legs and spiked hair. Can you see which shape monster has the most amount of shapes?
Maths is all around us and our Maths eyesight is very sharp after Maths Week!
