Mrs Deane's third class attended a workshop in the library this week. Seán Clancy, Draoi (OBOD) spoke to them about the historical importance of the shield. Afterwards, the children designed and created their very own unique shields. These are their beautiful creations. A big thank you to Westmeath library for their time and their wonderful workshop. The children thoroughly enjoyed it.
