Aladdin Show We are delighted to announce that our two 6th classes will be performing the hit musical 'Aladdin' in Mullingar Arts Centre on the 26th and 27th of February. This is a fantastic family night out, not to be missed. Our 6th classes will be supported by our fabulous school choir each night. Tickets are available from the school office and can be paid for with cash or via our Aladdin system at a cost of €10 per adult and €6 per child. [Open Image]

Garda Visit

Junior Infants have been chatting recently about different jobs that people have. They also thought about where they might like to work in the future. We have been reading stories about people who help us in our community and we were delighted when Bobby's dad, Garda Robert offered to come to our classroom. He told us about his job, the equipment he uses and also about Garda vehicles and animals like dogs and horses who sometimes help the Gardaí. The children got to see a Garda hat and badge, a baton, pepper spray and the highlight was when we went outside to the squad car.
