Mrs Deane's fourth class enjoyed a recent visit to the local library where the children were invited to explore the art of poetry in a unique and imaginative way. They used old libray books where they highlighted words and phrases that resonated with them and then recreated their own poems or stories. The children really enjoyed the activity while developing their literacy and artistic skills at the same time. A huge thank you to the staff of Mullingar library who facilitated the workshop.
