We had a fantastic visitor in our class today, Mary Farrell, a past teacher of St Colmans and an aunty of one of our lovely pupils, came in today to bake with our class!
A few weeks ago, we wrote letters to Mary, practicing our writing skills, to persuade Mary to come bake with us! We visited the local post box and posted our letter! To our luck, she agreed and replied with a letter too.
We made Easter buns in the staff room and got to decorate them with beautiful Easter chicks and bunnies. Mary showed us step by step the method and we had so much fun along the way.
