Today's Carol Service was a very fitting end to all of our Christmas festivities in St Colman's. The service began with second class bringing forward candles to the altar in a procession of light. This was followed by a procession of children from Junior Infants, Senior Infants and First Class who recreated the Nativity Scene in front of the altar. The readers and choir then told the story of the first Christmas beautifully through story and song. Many parents and grandparents attended and all agreed that it was wonderful occasion for the entire school community to mark the Christmas season.
