Aladdin Show We are delighted to announce that our two 6th classes will be performing the hit musical 'Aladdin' in Mullingar Arts Centre on the 26th and 27th of February. This is a fantastic family night out, not to be missed. Our 6th classes will be supported by our fabulous school choir each night. Tickets are available from the school office and can be paid for with cash or via our Aladdin system at a cost of €10 per adult and €6 per child. [Open Image]

Our 2 6th classes worked their socks off for a very special lady today.
Caitríona Logan is a past pupil of St. Colman's. Unfortunately she has been diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour. Caitríona is receiving ongoing treatment in an effort to prolong her life with her 2 beautiful children and adoring husband. 
Caitríona has a 'Go Fund Me' page and lots of people rallying around her to raise money for this essential treatment. 
The 6th classes had exercise stations that they tackled throughout the day in groups. There was a variety of exercise equipment including assault bikes, rowers, spin bikes and our lap track that they used in rotation.
Caitríona's fabulous sister, Sarah came to cheer us on in the afternoon. She brought jellies for all the kids which certainly gave them a lift in the last stretch of the day. 
The 6th classes raised over €1300 throughout the day. 
We are so proud of them. A super achievement and a great support to a wonderful family.
